They are very patient and take their time with you. I like that they are calm and understanding. My father-in-law was having a lot of trouble with his vertigo exercises. They changed his exercises to ones that are easier for him.

Since we came to the QC I have been going to Midwest with my 8yr old son. They try to accommodate your schedule as best as they can. They can schedule also "back to back" therapy for your child. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists are professional, engaged and nice.
